PayPoint Retailer Call Centre in Romania: +4021 409 1410, *PAYPOINT (*72976468) in Orange or Vodafone network.

PayPoint’s call centre is open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday.

- Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 19.30

- Saturday from 09.00 to 17.00

- Sunday from 09.00 to 13.00

Fully-trained operators are available to provide answers for all terminal, transaction and financial queries.

PayPoint National Field Force in Romania:

PayPoint operates a team of Field Representatives providing front line support for PayPoint retailers across Romania. As well as signing up, installing and training new PayPoint retailers, PayPoint’s Field Force also conduct regular visits to collect cash, place point of sale and promote payment services that will help the retailer to maximise their PayPoint business.
