Outlets are chosen for their local popularity, convenient locations, long opening hours and good customer service. The network comprises local convenient stores, mini-markets, supermarkets and gas stations, either independently-owned or belonging to retail groups.

A highly developed interactive computerised mapping system enables PayPoint to optimise retail outlet location to provide the best possible coverage of customer household density. Where necessary, the system also allows PayPoint to tailor network coverage to meet individual client requirements.

Once identified, prospective new retail agents are financially accredited and their premises carefully vetted before a PayPoint terminal can be installed. Prominent and permanent external and internal PayPoint signage is installed at every retail outlet to ensure high visibility of the PayPoint brand and immediate customer recognition.
