How do I make a payment?
Your utility or service provider will supply you with a bar-coded bill which you just need to take to your local PayPoint with your cash to make your payment. Just hand the bill to the retailer with your cash payment and ask to pay the amount stated. You will always get a receipt for the payments you make. 

What do I do if I have a question about my bill or service?
PayPoint does not hold any details about customer accounts; therefore you must contact your utility or service provider if you have any questions about your bill or service. The telephone numbers you need are listed in our PayPoint Clients section.

How do I find my local PayPoint?
Please use our Retailer Locator to find out where you nearest PayPoint store is.

What payments can I make?
We currently accept bill payments for more than 15 clients, gas, water, electricity, financial and telecom providers. And as well as paying your bills, you can also recharge your Vodafone, Orange, Cosmote and Zapp mobile phone electronically at official fixed prices, or buy from a range of phone cards from EasyComm, Nobel, UPC or Worldtelecom (Number one).
